Welcome to CannaDharsh.com, and thanks for stopping by! I’m Dharsh, a former corporate leader who traded boardrooms at KPMG Canada and PepsiCo for the rapidly evolving world of cannabis. If we haven’t met yet, here’s the spark notes: I spent over 20 years in Corporate America, working my way up to senior finance roles and through it all, I discovered a passion that completely changed my life: cannabis.
Why Cannabis?
As a medical patient in New Jersey, I experienced firsthand how this plant can transform wellness and empower individuals to take control of their health. That realization in 2018 lit a fire in me to learn everything I could about cannabis; its history, science, and culture. The more I learned, the more I wanted to share, and that’s exactly what I’m doing here and on my Instagram, @CannaDharsh.
My Mission
I’m not just a curious enthusiast; I’m a Certified Ganjier and the Co-founder and President of Joyleaf, a cannabis retail dispensary located in Roselle, NJ. My goal is to create a welcoming environment for people—especially women—to explore the plant’s many facets. I believe that proper education is key to breaking stigma and helping people make informed decisions, whether they’re newcomers to cannabis or seasoned connoisseurs.
